SHIPPING POLICY

 

Orders will be processed usually within 24-72 hours of ordering and usually arrive in the US with in 5-7 days of shipping and 6-8 weeks for International orders.

Holidays please expect a possible slight delay as everything is made in house and orders increase greatly. 

Each order will receive tracking information with US postal service via email they provided. 

 

Faith to Speak It is not responsible for:

  • Delays in USPS or UPS shipping
  • International duties or custom charges
  • Lost or damaged or marked delivered items

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Faith To Speak It is not responsible for any custom fees or duties associated with international mail.

Please note- all international orders are taking on average 6-8 weeks to reach their destinations. We appreciate your patience.

 

Return Process

 

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. 

If you desire a different style, color, or size, please return your item for an electronic gift card redeemable towards your new purchase of in stock merchandise. 

Contact us within 15 days of the original purchase date at [email protected] to receive your RTN CODE NUMBER which should be included with your mailed return package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you with an approval or rejection of your gift card amount based on item condition.

Note: we cannot accept returns of sale items, last chance, grab bags, or other promotional items.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Items with visible signs of use including deodorant stains/cosmetic stains, perfumes/scents, animal hair, etc. will not be accepted and no exchange amount will be given

 

Items must be in their original packaging if possible. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return packaging.

 

Internationally shipped items are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs.

 

Cancel An Order

We only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. To cancel an order before it ships, please email [email protected] and include your order number, along with the item(s) you would like to cancel. 

If you requested expedited shipping, we are unable to cancel your order.

We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

 

Split shipping

At this time, we do not split orders to ship them separately. If you would like to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

 

Package is lost

If your package hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours, before reaching out. You can also call your local post office (not the 800 number) and they will be able to help you track it. 

We do not refund or pay for reshipping costs for international packages.

If your package is lost in the mail for 14 business days, please provide proof from the post office within 30 days and we will replace the items. Your items are not replaceable any time after 30 days.

We cannot replace packages due to the wrong address, so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.

 

My item is damaged

We replace all damaged items that have been cared for per our care instructions up to 60 days after the delivery confirmation date. Please send us an email with pictures so we can get the process started for you! Our email is [email protected]

We offer bulk discounts for shirts of 12 or more!
